Trey Sheridan - Managing Partner

Trey is the Managing Partner of Bonhill Capital.  He is a founder of Ridgemont Equity Partners, a diversified, sector focused private equity firm, and serves on the Investment Committee of several Ridgemont funds.  Trey was also a founder and partner of Ridgemont’s predecessor firm, Banc of America Capital Investors (BACI), from 1993 to 2010.  He has invested across many sectors, with particular experience in telecom, technology, media and financial services. Trey has served on numerous public and private company boards, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Bonhill investments Alpha Theory, ASAP Site Services, Richmond National and WasteZero, and is a Board observer at RedCAT Systems and FactorCloud.

Prior to the founding of BACI, Trey was a corporate finance banker at the former NCNB Corporation and began his career in investment banking and capital markets at PaineWebber, Inc. (now UBS).

Trey earned an M.B.A from Columbia University and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
